Personal Training

Everyone have a different goal of fitness. Some want to run better, faster or longer. Another may want to lift heavier and compete. Or some people have just started their fitness journey. Personal training is a specific designed program for those who seeking for specific training or needed coaching’s eye all the time. 


We can give you example of four different group of people, 

  1. Professional athletes who train to perform in the competition. 

  2. Decondition person who haven’t done any exercise and have no sport background before. 

  3. Injured person who have injury background and needed a modify workout to help them training while recovering from injury. 

  4. Aging group who needed specific workout and good eyes of coaching to keep them safe and also motivate them to get back in shape.

Q: Is it better to train 1on1 or with the group? 

A: Group class is all about experiencing, learning with a new faces and  different people all the time. The group class is focusing on daily’s program and developing a long term goal. But it’s excited, fun and challenging at the same time. 


***However, if you need a specific training to improve your health or performance, 1on1 is your solution.
