Open Gym

Open gym is a no coaching hour. 


This schedule is available for all access, open gym member or drop-in to do extra workout on their own. So you must know your responsibilities and safety.

*Drop-in must book a session in advance and talk to our staff before workout. 
We will need you to sign a waiver and answer some questions to make sure that you have enough experiences and safe to workout on your own.

Note: Score and number on the Whiteboard is a daily challenge for everyone in the gym. 
***Best way to enjoy the community vibe. 

***Personal training and On boarding session will train during these hours. 

On boarding session (3-5 intro session)
