BIOGRAPHY

Khai graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, Majoring of Physical Education from the school of education. 

He has competed in bodybuilding competitions, and has been a body builder for more than 5 years.

Khai is knowledgeable about nutrition, bodybuilding programming, and training exercises for different muscle groups.
